Scarecrows in the Garden Botanical Gardens Travel

Atlanta Botanical Gardens in Georgia is the place to be for Scarecrows in the Garden.  You’ll never see anything quite like it and each and every one of the displays are well thought out and created to incite excitement.  We’ve always enjoyed all of the spooks and goblins of Halloween so this is the time of year when I start getting excited about this event.  There are more pumpkins and gourds than one will see in a lifetime if not witnessed at the gardens.  And some of them are so large, you could almost make a house out of them *wink*.   You’ll want to set aside a full day to see the entire scarecrow display.  And don’t forget to schedule in a day to see the amazing orchids house and the gardens which consist of so many blooming varieties,  that you won’t be able to see them all in a day.  A trip to Botanicals Gardens should be planned for 3 days to take in everything they have to offer in the more than 30 acres of breathtaking botanical bliss.  Take some money to spend at the gift shop.  Their lotions are wonderful. BTW, take plenty of batteries for your camera too.  You won’t be able to stop snapping.
